Mission Statement - At The Bespoke Hair Co. we believe in providing a relaxing, intimate, luxury salon experience where you can expect a hair service completely tailored to you and your lifestyle.
We are passionate about education, keeping up with the trends, and making sure our clients take home the skills needed to re-create the looks we style on them at the salon, when they're on their own.
At The Bespoke Hair Co. we don't just create beautiful hair, we create good hair days and confident women.
Your Appointment - Salon services are available by appointment only. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
Arrival - Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows adequate time for you to fill out our New Guest intake form and enjoy our space for your first visit, without feeling rushed.
Late Arrivals - Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late arrival for an appointment may result in a $1.00/minute fee - (up to 15 minutes) and an adjustment to your service(s) so as to not disrupt the bookings of the following guests that day. Please be advised that if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or alter services, and fees may apply (including cancellation or service charges).
Cancellation Policy - Appointment cancellations require 48 hours advance notice. Failure to cancel an appointment at least 48 hours in advance will result in a $100 fee, and client will be required to place a credit card on file before scheduling any future apts. Cancellation fee must be paid before any additional appointments will be scheduled. All no shows will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total of the service(s) reserved for you, and a deposit will be required for any future bookings.
Service Re-do's - We strive to offer guests the highest level of care and satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your look, let us know within 7 days of your visit, and we will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Please note, there are no refunds on services.
**Changing your mind on a look, is not considered a valid reason for an adjustment, along with not achieving a desired result in one session, when it was discussed that it may take a multiple sessions to achieve the desired result. Our goal is to make you happy, while at the same time, maintaining the integrity of your hair is our top priority as well. If you have any questions on the above, please email us.
Return Policy – Products purchased may be exchanged within 10 days for retail credit only.
Gift Cards - Gift cards may be purchased in any amount, but are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are non-transferrable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. To redeem a gift card, it must be presented at time of service. Prices of services are subject to change at any time; however gift cards will still retail their original value. Gift Cards remain valid for one year from date of purchase.
Health Considerations – Please inform us at time of booking if you have any allergies, special needs or other health concerns you have in regards to the services you are requesting. Your safety is very important to us and some services may not be recommended for certain conditions.
Covid-19 guidelines/In salon requirements -
We ask that if you have been ill or around anyone that may be ill to please get in touch and reschedule your appointment for a later date. At The Bespoke Hair Co. we strive to keep everyone safe and healthy while visiting our salon. We ask that you wash/sanitize your hands before sitting down. Per Governor Ron DeSantis, you are not required to wear a mask in Charlotte County, but you are more than welcome to if you prefer to.
We understand the unexpected is uncomfortable, and hard at times. Please show courtesy and respect to everyone in the salon. We appreciate you.
